Privacy Policy

TCM-Labs (the "Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in Mine Canvas (the "App") as follows. For the conditions of use of the App, please also review the Terms of Service.

Article 1 (Information We Collect)

The App may collect the following information:

• User identifiers: A user ID issued through anonymous authentication or a Google / Apple account
• Account information: When signing in with a Google or Apple account, your display name, email address, and profile image URL
• Game data: Information related to game progress, such as scores and play history
• Usage information: App usage status, access logs, and device information (OS, device type, etc.)
• Advertising identifiers: Identifiers used for ad delivery

Article 2 (Purposes of Use)

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, and improving the App
• Saving and syncing users' game data
• Providing the ranking feature
• Delivering advertisements and measuring their effectiveness
• Analyzing App usage
• Preventing fraudulent use
• Responding to user inquiries

Article 3 (Third-Party Services)

The App uses the following third-party services. These services collect and use information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

• Firebase (Google LLC)
  • Firebase Authentication (authentication)
  • Cloud Firestore (data storage)
  • Firebase Analytics (usage analysis)

• Google AdMob (Google LLC)
  • Ad delivery

Article 4 (Information Management)

The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures for the security management of collected information, including the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage.

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Operator will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases:

• When required by law
• When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property
• When incidental to the use of the third-party services set forth in Article 3 of this Policy

Article 6 (Data Deletion)

Users can delete their account and all related data by the following methods.

Deleting from within the App (immediate deletion)

1. Launch the App and open the settings menu
2. Select the "User" tab
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Select "Delete" on the confirmation screen

This operation deletes all account information on Firebase Authentication and all game data (scores and user profile) on Cloud Firestore.

If you cannot access the App

If you are unable to access the App, please contact us by email at the address below. After verifying your registered email address, we will delete your data manually.

Article 7 (Children's Privacy)

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete that information.

Article 8 (Changes to This Policy)

The Operator may change this Policy as necessary. The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted in the App or on the website.
